Your rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, gives you the right to:

  • know what personal information a business has collected about you and how it is used;
  • ask for that information to be corrected or deleted;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and
  • not be treated differently for using any of these rights.

What we do with your information

NuRev Energy does not sell personal information for money, and never passes phone numbers or text-message consent to anyone for their marketing.

We use your information to process orders, ship them, answer questions and, if you subscribed, send you our emails, and we pass it to the service providers that help us do those things, such as shipping carriers and our email provider.

This website may also use advertising and analytics tools from Google and Meta. They can collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view and the products you add to your cart, and use it to show you our ads on other websites. California law treats this kind of advertising as “sharing” personal information, and you can turn it off below. Our Privacy Policy describes all of this in full.

How to make a request

To turn off advertising and analytics tags, use the opt-out button at the bottom of this page, or switch on Global Privacy Control in your browser: we honor that signal automatically.

For anything else, including asking to see, correct or delete your information, contact us:

Tell us your name, the email address you used with us, and which request you are making. We may ask you to confirm that email address so we change only your own information. We reply within 45 days, and there is no charge.

To stop marketing emails at any time, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

Authorized agents

You may ask someone else to make a request for you. We will need your written permission for them to act on your behalf, and we may still confirm your identity with you directly.
