Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns of unused, unopened, and unaltered products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Approved returns are eligible for a refund minus shipping costs and a 10% processing fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us. Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Returned items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Order cancellations are accepted only if requested before order fulfillment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact support@nurevenergy.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if validated, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
